If you encounter the following problems, please submit the evidence to: within 12 hours after signing for receipt

① Material safety hazards (such as the possibility of accidental ingestion if accessories fall off) → Slow-motion video must be provided (showing dangerous areas)

② In case of severe mismatch between the goods and the description (for example, if the order is in L code but the actual receipt is in S code), a panoramic photo of the unremoved tag must be attached

③ Transportation contamination/damage → A logistics stamp certificate of damaged outer packaging must be provided
